- Education: A relevant degree in science / engineering, or related field.
- Work experience: Completing education (PT) or recently completed education (FT).
- Career experience: 1-3 years.
- Visa status: The legal right to work in Australia is mandatory. Preference will be given to citizens, permanent residents, visa holders.
- Skills: To perform at this level you will have a proactive, team-orientated attitude, with an ambition to develop your skill-base and knowledge. You will have demonstrably good numeracy and literacy skills and be competent to participate in most project tasks.
- Driving: Preference will be given to individuals with a valid Australian driving licence.

Air Quality
Providing specialist air quality services was our original business offering, and remains at the core of our expanding service offering. We provide specialist air quality science and engineering advice covering all aspects of air quality and meteorological monitoring, modelling and impact assessment, odour and dust management, to more holistic emissions management, licensing, reporting and expert witness.
Sustainability
We provide a broad service offering across the sustainability space, including greenhouse gas assessment and management, climate change adaption, environmental reporting under the NGERS and NPI schemes.
Environmental Management
Environmental management covers a wide range of services. This includes the preparation of construction and operational management plans, independent environmental auditing / review, data management, processing and presentation through user interfaces such as GIS.
Environmental Accounting
Northstar provides expert environmental accounting services to our clients for compliance with Australia’s National Pollutant Inventory (NPI) and the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) obligations. Our services include data collection, emissions calculations, and submission of accurate NPI and NGER reports to regulatory authorities. We provide tailored and cost-effective solutions that can allow businesses to manage their reporting responsibilities.
